Yes, our Baby Dedication is like your Baptism (without the water) and we get Baptized later. Baby dedication is more of a statement made by the parents and later on the child chooses if they want to get baptized (their statement of that they want to be a new person). I have a deep respect and curiosity for other faiths.. I always have. On of my favorite college courses was "Religions of the World". If you are not comfortable sharing, I understand.
