Today we went for lunch at a friends house. It was his birthday the other week so this was like a late celebration. Unfortunately he is allergic to things like cake so one of his sisters made this cool fruit basket in place of a cake. It was good and as you can see, my daughter loved it, she is asking for thirds.

I think I will have to learn to carve up one of these. It should be easy enough to do and looks really cool at the same time.
